Previous Projects
• Eric worked in the Valuation Office for 14 years, before joining Dixon Webb in 1988. He became a partner in 1994 and heads up our Rating Department.
• He has a wealth of rating experience, built up over 30 years, and specialises in and provides advice to the nuclear industry, chemical industry, local authorities, airports and football clubs.
• Eric carries out corporate asset valuations for clients including the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority.
